Hey folks! I wanna chat about my business, which is all about AOI(Automatic Optical Inspection) and laser machinery. AOI is all about inspecting things like wafers, panels, and lithium-ion batteries. Let's break it down and talk about how these things work and how I plan to run my business.
So, let's start with how AOI works - it's pretty straightforward. It shines some light on the stuff you wanna inspect. Then, that light bounces off the stuff. AOI catches that reflected light and compare it to the original light it sent out. If there are any issues, the reflected light will be different, and that's when you know you've found a defect with AOI. It's as simple as that! AOI can be used in various industries that require inspections.
But hey, don't forget that we also sell laser machinery, and that's our real game-changer. Wafers, those essential things for semiconductors, go through some serious challenges like high temperatures, voltage, and even plasma during their manufacturing process. That's where our laser equipment comes in - we've got a range of laser solutions, like Laser Annealing, Laser Cutting, and Laser Repairing.
Let's break these down in an easy way. Laser Annealing heats up wafers that have scars from ions passing through. These scars become super flexible when they cool down rapidly, effectively healing themselves. Now, onto laser cutting - think of it like cutting slices of pizza perfectly. Laser can do the same thing for the dies on wafers, ensuring precise cuts. Finally, laser repairing - lasers have some serious superpowers to shape things as they want. So, laser repair machinery can fix wafers just the way they need to be fixed.
So, to keep it simple and not forget the core of our business, we've got AOI for inspecting surfaces like semiconductors, and laser machinery for annealing, cutting, and repairing, which is used in various industries. Thanks, everyone, for tuning in to my marketing chat.
Hey there, folks! I'd like to talk about my business. I'm running a AOI and a laser machinery company. AOI stands for Automatic Optical Inspection. It literally inspect stuffs like wafers, panels and lithium ion batteries. Let's break down how they work and how I'm gonna run my business.
How AOI works is really simple. It shoots the light at a stuff that you'd like to insepct. Then, the light would get reflected off out there. Then, AOI capture the light that was reflected off and compare how much they release the amount of the light from the stuff. If it has some problems, it would release the different amount. Then, you got it. You've found the defect with AOI. Isn't it simple? AOI can inspect a wide range of industries that need inspections.
Have you yet forgotten we sell the laser machinery, too? this is our killer stuff. Wafers that is a ready-stuff for semiconductors have to suffer extreme temperatures, too high voltage, and even plasma while they are on processes. Here is where our laser stuffs come in - we have laser portfolioes. For example, Laser Annealing, Laser Cutting, Laser Repairing. Let's break them down in a simple way. Laser Annealing heat up the wafer that got a scar whrere ion passed through. Then, the wafer's scar is very flexible that it can heal it when it cool it up rapidly. The next move is the laser cutting. Dies live on wafers before they got cutted off. If an non-skilled amateur try to cut a pizza into 8 pieces, it would become scrammbled. It goes as well for dies on wafers. So, laser relatively can cut dies lined up on wafers perfectly. Lastly, laser repairing. Laser has really superpower to form most of things as they want. So, laser repairing machinery can repair wafers as they want.
To keep it simple and not forget our business, we have AOI and laser machineries. AOI goes for inspecting some surfaces of stuffs like semiconductors. Laser stuffs go for annealing, cutting, repairing, which are used in a wide range of industries. Thank you all for listening to my marketing !!
