(비에이치)The Inside Scoop on FPCB

Hey there, folks! I'm excited to be up here sharing some info about my business I'm the head honcho over at 비에이치, and our gig is all about making FPCBs, which stands for Flexible Printed Circuit Boards. These babies are what make all the magic happen in your gadgets, like CPUs, APs, GPUs, and more, making them dance to their tune

Let's break it down a bit. Think about your smartphones - that AP(the brain of your phone) sends out orders, like cranking up the volume or showing off yor favorite pics. So, when AP wants to display your cool photo, it shoots that order over to the FPCBs, and the FPCB makes sure your pic gets shown. It's as easy as pie, right?

Now, you might be wondering why we use FPCBs instead of regular PCBs. Well, PCBs can do the same job, but they're as stiff as a board. Imagine trying to fit a regular PCB into a foldable or OLED phone - no can do! FPCBs are the champs when it comes to flexibility. You've probably seen those cool curved displays in cars or flashy signs at the mall - they're all rocking FPCBs because they can bend and twist like a pro.

But, here's the kicker - FPCBs are a bit fragile, especially when it comes to physical bumps and bruises. Our awesome customers, like those folks who make display sets, have been clamoring for something better. So, we've come up with the Rigid Flexible PCB, or RFPCB for short. We've taken the toughness of a Rigid PCB and blended it with the flexibility of an FPCB. It's the best of both worlds, and we've already got'em up for grabs for our clients.

Hey, there folks! I'm glad to stand on this stage for briefing my business. I'm the big dog of 비에이치, what we do is manufacturing FPCBs. The FPCB stands for Flexible Printed Circuit Board. They do deliver orders from CPU, AP, GPU and the like to things that move according to their instructions. Let's see how smartphones work. AP is its brain so it order what they want like turning up the volume or showing some pics from your album. Let's say AP'd like to show your pic. Then the order from AP is sent to FPCB and then FPCB delivers it to a thing that can show your pic. It's really simple, isn't it?

You might be wondering why FPCBs are used here, not PCBs. PCBs do the same thing like the FPCBs do, too. But, the PCB is not flexible. I mean, take your phone out of your pocket and how many guys have folderable phones? or OLED phones? PCB can't fit into it. They're too rigid to be bent. You can easily find flexible displays line curved displays in cars and some sinages in department stores. They all have adopted FPCBs for its flexibility!

But, here is the twist - despite FPCBs have really nice pros, it is kinda vunerable to physical shocks like hitting. So, our ustomers like display set makers are demanding the better FPCB. So, we've developed Rigid Felxible PCB called RFPCB. We've added the pro of Rigid PCB to FPCB. You know, Rigid PCB is all about being hard. So, we've added it and they are on sales already to our clients!!
