Hey there, folks! I'm the head honcho at 케이엔에스, and we're all about crafting CID machinery. Now, you might be wondering, what on earth is CID machinery? Well, CID stands for Current Interrupt Device, and it's the unsung hero in the world of batteries, especially those trusty cylindrical ones.
Imagine this - you're cruising in your electric car, the kind that runs on battery power. But here's the deal - when batteries are juiced up, they tend to get a little toasty. Inside, there's this liquid stuff called electrolyte that helps move things around. Now, picture this - what if the heat goes off the charts, pushing your battery to its limits? It's a recipe for disaster. But fear not, that's where our CID steps in.
CID, or Current Interrupt Device, does exactly what it says on the tin - it interrupts the flow of current when things start getting too hot to handle. You see, the 'CI' in CID? It stands for Current Interrupt. Now that's a game-changer, ain't it?
But , wait, there's more! We're not just about CID itself; we're also in the business of making the machines that manufacture these game-saving devices. And guess what? Cylindrical batteries are the go-to choice for Tesla, and you know they're all about innovation. We're even eyeing the 4680 battery - the one that's poised to shake up the battery world and kick the others to the curb. So, our journey's just begun, and there's plenty of room for growth. Exciting times, right?
Hello, everyone ! I'm the big cheese over at 케이엔에스. our company is all about making CID machinery. The CID machinery stands for Current Interrupt Device used to the battery industry, specifically cylindrical battries. This CID is really important for the batteries. Let me tell you why.
Say, you are driving your EV car. You know, EVs are driven by electricity power by batteries. But, when batteries use electricity power, they got heated. Batteries have liquild inside like electrolyte that helps carry ions. What if the heat go beyond the limit your battery can bear? It's definitely gonna bumb. You don't wanna even imagine it. To prevent this bumb from batteries expanding by high temperature, you need our CID. CID basically cut the current coming from outside when it thinks it is getting close to the limit. That's why 'CI' in CID means Current Interrupt. Now, you've got it, right ?
We sell machineries for manufacturing CIDs. Our CIDs are for cylindrical batteries. Tesla is mostly equipping their models with cylidrical types. So, the room for us to grow up is still very large. What we are focusing on is 4680 battery. It is gonna be a game-changer, pushing other batteries aside.
