Hey there, everyone ! I'm the head honcho over at 화승엔터프라이즈, and our game is all about creating those awesome Adidas shoes as an Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM). Chances are, you've rocked a pair of Adidas kicks before, right? Well, guess what? Our company had a hand in making those stylish sneakers !
But, you know, we're grappling with a few challenges, like rising labor and material costs when it comes to shoemaking. Take a quick peek at your shoes. They might seem straightforward, but trust me, it's not as simple as it looks. If you break down your shoes into their various parts, you'd be surprised at how many components go into them.
First off, we categorize a shoe into two main parts - the upper and the sole. The upper is the body of your shoe, while the sole is the part that touches the ground, protecting your feet and ensuring that comfy feel.
Now, when it comes to the sole, it can be split into two essential components - the insole and the outsole. The insole snugly between the upper and the outsole, connecting them seamlessly. As for the outsole, well, that's the part I mentioned earlier, the one that makes contact with the pavement.
The upper and the soles are joined together using adhesive, but here's where it gets interesting. The remaining parts of the shoes require some good old-fashioned sewing, which means a lot of skilled hands come into play. Unfortunately, this manual labor drives up production costs. That's where Adidas comes in. They're pushing us to embrace smart factories to reduce costs and speed up the shoemaking process.
You see, Adidas has a total of nice OEMs in their supply chain, and we're sitting pretty at the second spot among them. Our goal? To climb our way to the number one spot !
So, there you have it, a sneak peek into what goes on behind the scenes as we work hard to craft those iconic Adidas shoes.
Hey, folks ! I'm the big dog over at 화승엔터프라이즈. We're all about manufacturing Adidas shoes as OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer). You have probably gotten Adidas shoes, haven't you ? Our company've made it !
But, we're facing some challenges like labor and material costs to make shoes. Could you look down at your shoes. Doesn't it look simple ? But, it is not that easy. If you seperate your shoes into some parts, you would tell lots of parts got in shoes. First, we call shoes's parts into two parts - an upper, a sole. The upper is body up on your shoes. The sole is under your shoes, touching a street to protect your foot and make you feel comfy.
The sole come into two parts - an insole, an outsole. The insole is between the upper and outsole, connecting them. The outsole is what I said just before, hitting the street physically. The upper and the soles are stick by an adhesive. But, the rest of parts in shoes need sawing, which means a lot of human's hands intervene in. That cause to raise the manufacturing costs. So, Adidas's requiring us to adopt smart factories to cut the cost and make shoes faster then now. Of course, we're really looking forward to it. Adidas has 9 OEMs in their supply chain. We are ranked as the second among them. We're gonna step up to the first level.
