(에프엔에스테크)"Chillin' and Talkin' Tech: Cleaning Up the Semiconductor Scene

UV lamp

Hey there, folks! Can you believe how bone-chillingly cold it is today? Brr! But hey, I'm stoked to be here chatting with you about my gig in the tech world. I'm the big cheese over at 에프엔에스테크, and we're all about crafting nifty machinery and parts for displays and semiconductors.

We've been in cahoots with the display industry for a hot minute now. We've been peddling some top-notch cleaning gear to those display wizards. You see, the whole process of whipping up these displays involves a boatload of chemicals like etchants, photo resists, and silicon oxides. Sure, these chemicals are like the unsung heroes of display-making, but they gotta be squeaky clean once they've done their job.

So, our clients are clamoring for our gizmos to scrub away any residue left on those panels or wafers. Can you imagine the frustration if their products went kaput just 'cause of a teeny bit of dirt? And guess what? We've got a shiny new product in town- the CMP pad. CMP stands for Chemical Mechnical Polishing. It's like giving those copper slurry remnants on wafers a spa day.

You see, semiconductors are like skyscrapers with layers upon layers. If one of those layers goes a bit wonky, it's a domino effect, and everything tumbles down. So, polishing away that copper slurry is a pretty big deal. Our CMP pad is the unsung hero here - it's the part of CMP machinery that makes direct contact with the wafers. So, it's gotta be sturdy as a rock to handle the job and not go all wobbly in the mix with the slurry.

But wait, there's more! let me hip you to our UV lamp. This bad boy zaps particles in water like nobody's business. You see, when it comes to making semiconductors and displays, only the purest water will do. UV is like a superhero when it comes to kicking those unwanted particles to the curb. So, we've come up with this nifty gadget that shoots UV rays at the particles we want to send packing.

Hello, guys. Today is really freaking cold, right? I'm so honor to be here to give a speech about my business. I'm the CEO of 에프엔에스테크. We make machineries and parts for displays and semiconductors. We've been going with the display industry for long time. We've sold cleaning machineries for display makers. You know, processes of manufacturing displays use a lot of chemical materials like etchants, photo resists, silicon oxides. Of course, they really play the important role to make it but they should be clean after they finish their missions.

So, our clients order our machinerys to clean those left still on panels or wafers. They can't imagine the frustration if their products don't work because of a little dirt on it. And, now we've begun selling a new product, CMP pad. CMP stands for Chemical Mechanical Polishing. It basically polish copper slurry left on wafers. You know, semiconductors are made like apartments where layers rise up. Picture a layer that bent down a little would ruin all layers! So, polishing copper slurry is really important. Here is what our CMP pad works - CMP pad is the part of CMP machinery. The pad touch the surfaces of wafers. So, the pad has strongness not to be shakeable and get into the mix with slurry.

I can't help introduce you guys our UV lamp, either. UV lamp satilizers particles in water. You know, in the processes of semiconductors and displays, only super pure water is allowed to be used. UV has strong ability to get rid of particles. So, we've made this gadgets having a function to shoot UV to some particles we'd like to remove.

I think I can say my business is to clean everything about semiconductors and displays. Isn't our business model so environment ? You're welcome !
