The Tough Job of Wafer Cleaning in Semiconductor Manufacturing

 Hey there! I totally get the struggle you're going through with cleaning wafers in semiconductor manufacturing. Those little wafers have to endure some serious challenges, like high voltage, extreme temperatures, and even plasma. It's like a survival game for them, right?

I think it is really cruel situation for them. Anyway, wafers got dirt so much after they've got that processes. You know, manufacturing semiconductors cost so much more than anyone expects. What if it doesn't work after they've been made because of a little dirt on wafers. Chip makers don't wanna face that challenges.

 

  Then, cleaning those dirt on wafers is really important. Even, HBM(High Bandwidth Memory) piles DRAM chips up to 12 layers. It is still piling up. You know, AI chips need a lot of memory. They work based on data memorized on DRAM. So, AI chips've been asking DARM to be piled up as much as they can. It can means the process of cleaning would come in play more than they used to.
